I usually eat at this place 3 times a week. I had a salad. It was lettuce, chicken, mild tomato salsa, corn salsa, pinto beans, brown rice, guac, and fajita. About 30 minutes after eating. This is the first time I have ever been sick from food.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée

Ate around 2pm on 08/04/19. I had the wahlsalad cooked medium well, and my son had a burger medium well. We both had bacon, cheese, pickles, and tomatoes.

I had two Double Burgers and McChickens with extra lettuce. I was fine for a while but was woken up in the middle of the night about 6 hours after my meal because of my urge to vomit.
