Ate around 2pm on 08/04/19. I had the wahlsalad cooked medium well, and my son had a burger medium well. We both had bacon, cheese, pickles, and tomatoes.

昨天（2019 年 7 月 23 日）我吃了两个芝士汉堡和一个鸡肉三明治，鸡肉三明治上的生菜看起来又老又烂。我现在正在遭受诺如病毒胃肠道疾病的痛苦和症状。我整天都在呕吐，我经常去洗手间去看腹泻。不会推荐给任何人。

It was on Monday 6/17. I've been touch and go since consuming the food. I had a cheesy gordita crunch and a beefy 5 layer, both with hot sauce. 5 hours later I was experiencing the aforementioned, I dined alone.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 恶心

I had two Double Burgers and McChickens with extra lettuce. I was fine for a while but was woken up in the middle of the night about 6 hours after my meal because of my urge to vomit. It lasted a while and I am still feeling nauseous which reoccurring diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I got one cheese burger and one small vanilla ice cream cone at 2:00 PM on Thursday May 30th 2019 and it was the only thing I ate that day and by 8:00 PM I was in so much pain I was ready to go to the Hospital  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Food poisoning:
Went for mother’s day lunch with family. I ate shrimp and chicken scampi. After coming home , that night onwards diarrhea, vomiting started and still ( after 4 days) body not recovered from the tiredness and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
