Became violently sick about 4 hours after rating a Southwest Salad at Wendy's on April 7...went to E.R. that said it was food poisoning. Was sick approximately 10 days. Now have mouth sores
Salad appeared to taste chemical, but thought it was my taste buds. Was sicker than ever been in my life.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Ate a whole pep pizza from this location Thursday evening over the course of Thursday night and Friday morning by myself. Had some symptoms of direhia yesterday and this morning with clumpy shits and now it's just pure liquid squirting out my asshole since 7pm this evening… Voir plus

I ate around 9:30 PM I started feeling sick at 10 PM I ordered a number six with a small order of cheese sticks and I felt nauseous started getting sick and threw up I felt fine all day until I eat this food . I also now have the shits excuse my language  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

Ate 2 chickstar crunchwraps and a chalupa a little over 2hrs ago ..i have been using the bathroom for about 40 minutes now and ive vomitted as well. I am still currently using the bathroom and i have the sweats. I feel terrible  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements

Went to taco Bell after work at about midnight. Woke up at about 8am with severe diarrhea and nausea threw up a good 4 or 5 times. Still nauseated  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
