My sympyoms started immediately after i ate. I immediately started feeling this rumbling in my stomach. I remember the wings being cold, but didnt think much about it. My wife was the only member of a party of nine that had a hamburger at Mcmenamins Cornelius pass.
Shes now vomiting after about four hours later
And it looks like small worms in here vomit
