7 月 12 日星期五，我在下午 1 点左右吃了 Avo-Cob-O 沙拉。我把部分沙拉带回家，放在冰箱里，下午晚些时候吃了。我在凌晨 4 点左右醒来时带着 N/V。我呕吐了好几次，有轻微的腹泻。我整天发烧在华氏 100-101 度之间。第二天醒来时我仍然感觉虚弱。

My sympyoms started immediately after i ate. I immediately started feeling this rumbling in my stomach. I remember the wings being cold, but didnt think much about it. Its possible it reached a dangerous temperature for bacteria to grow. I have used the toilet several times in the past 3 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻

我和我的朋友都生病了。我有鸡肉停止沙拉包装，她有鸡肉停止沙拉。据我所知，我们当中有 2 个人生病了，我们有不同的鸡肉停止沙拉。两个交响曲都在第二天晚上开始并持续了 2 天。到周日下午，我感觉不舒服，肚子受伤了。周日晚上从午夜到早上 7 点，有腹泻和呕吐。第二天我很疼，发烧，恶心，虚弱。星期一晚上我大部分时间都在起床时发烧。今天我感觉好多了只是虚弱。

My wife was the only member of a party of nine that had a hamburger at Mcmenamins Cornelius pass.
Shes now vomiting after about four hours later
And it looks like small worms in here vomit
Only my wife out of nine people

A burrito with beans and vegetables and lettuce was from Chipotle was the last thing I last night. I woke up in the middle of the night with intense pain in the lower stomach and diharrea. The intense pain in the bowels and diharrea every 10 minutes. Still happening in the middle of the day.  | 症状: 腹泻
