I ate a chalupa and a nacho supreme at 5pm, shortly after it was my cousins birthday and had a dinner at 930pm about 25 mins away. My stomach started hurting, became nauseas, and had to Uber back home. Now I am vomiting for 6 hours off and on. With a fever and cold sweats  | Symptômes: Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

I went to taco Bell in Mccalla Alabama on 12-19-2017 to get my order replaced because the got the original order wrong 12-18-2017.

I picked up carryout about 7:30pm, a chicken chalupa, and nachos bell grand. I ate about 8:30pm, maybe 2 bites of chalupa, and 1/3 of nachos which had beans, never before and a bad taste. Gave to dogs, felt bad and started throwing up about 3:30am, then diarrhea. I never get sick.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
