I ordered the 5$ box which includes cinnamon twists, a supreme burrito, a hard taco and a chalupa with a baja blast. I ate most of the meal and went to bed. Around one am I woke up puking with all the other symptoms I marked.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Purchased food around 12:30. Ate Crunchwrap Supreme and about 3pm started having stomachache. Got home at 8 and ate the chalupa. 30 minutes later had really bad stomachache followed by diarrhea and nausea. Still experiencing symptoms.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée

I ate a chalupa and a nacho supreme at 5pm, shortly after it was my cousins birthday and had a dinner at 930pm about 25 mins away. I went to taco Bell in Mccalla Alabama on 12-19-2017 to get my order replaced because the got the original order wrong 12-18-2017.

I picked up carryout about 7:30pm, a chicken chalupa, and nachos bell grand. I ate about 8:30pm, maybe 2 bites of chalupa, and 1/3 of nachos which had beans, never before and a bad taste.
