#5 combo - Nacho BellGrande et un taco de bœuf avec un Baja Blast. J'ai eu de la nourriture vers minuit et a vomi environ 4 fois, dès que je me suis réveillé aujourd'hui. Crampes d'estomac, nausées, maux de tête horribles, diarrhée, flatulences, soif et léthargie. On Saturday night Aug 15th early evening husband n I went to there and purchased two 5 nacho grande boxes. A couple hours after consumption I became nausea and had direahha. Had vomited all night n Sunday morning and still have direahha. Husband never got ill  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Ordered a few “nacho cheese” tacos last night. Around 8 pm. Was my 30th birthday.

I eat my tacos and within 10 minutes my stomach just hurt. So bad. Like it would’ve felt good to throw up.
