Ordered around 6pm had two soft shell supremes and a buffalo chicken nacho fries burrito. Woke up around 4am with horrible diarrhea, had x3 more episodes before 5am. Started puking at 7am with diarrhea still. X4 episodes of puking so far and diarrhea once every hour.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

Hard shell taco and nacho fries with cheese. I ate 1 hard shell taco with 1 packet of hot sauce, an order of nacho fries with a side of cheese, and a Cherry Pepsi.
