#5 combo - Nacho BellGrande and a beef taco with a Baja Blast. Got food around midnight and threw up about 4 times, as soon as I woke up today. Stomach cramps, nausea, horrible headache, diarrhea, flatulence, thirst and lethargy. Some dizziness and fatigue, no fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue, Flatulence, Headache, Dizziness, Fever

On Saturday night Aug 15th early evening husband n I went to there and purchased two 5 nacho grande boxes. A couple hours after consumption I became nausea and had direahha. Had vomited all night n Sunday morning and still have direahha. Husband never got ill  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Luckily, I am the only one I know of that got sick. Ate a quesarito and beefy nacho loaded griller Thursday for lunch (around 12:30) stomach rumbled a little after but the things I ate also had beans in them. Had some ramen that night for dinner… See more

Ordered a few “nacho cheese” tacos last night. Around 8 pm. Was my 30th birthday.
