I ate a carnitas burrito bowl with black beans, white rice, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa, guacamole and chips on 02/17/20 around 8:00 pm. My husband ordered Barbcoa bowl with rice, pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and mild source for lunch on 2/16/2020. He started headaches from 6pm and felt chill with nauseas from 6:30pm.
