Taco supreme and nachos / my neighbor had nachos 3 days ago with same problem  It took 4 hours to start throwing up but immediately felt uncomfortable in my stomach. I had 1 chicken chalupa Supreme and Fiesta potatoes, as well as mountain Dew around late lunch time. Starting at 3am, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting at the same time.
