Taco supreme and nachos / my neighbor had nachos 3 days ago with same problem  It took 4 hours to start throwing up but immediately felt uncomfortable in my stomach. Uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea for 7 hours now. About every 5-20mins   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 胃痛

chicken chalupa supreme and cheesy bean and rice burrito.  I got sick but my boyfriend didn’t. He only got beef foods so maybe that’s why. About 9 hours after eating I had cramps and diarrhea. An hour after that I vomited 4 times over 6 hours with severe cramps in between.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I had 1 chicken chalupa Supreme and Fiesta potatoes, as well as mountain Dew around late lunch time. Starting at 3am, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. I couldn't hold down water. 9 hours later, I still have diarrhea every half hour and no appetite.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 食欲不振
