Picked up a carry out of Thai Lettuce Wraps on Tuesday, Jan 23, 2018 at around 12:30 PM and Ate this food at 1 PM. Starting Throwing up at 2 AM and then Diarrhea started at 4 AM Thought I was going to die for about 24 hours.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

January 9, 2018 at 11:30am, we both shared a fried Shrimp dinner and ordered an extra coleslaw. About 4 hours later stomach started hurting and by 5:00pm same day we both started with horrific vomiting.
