Picked up a carry out of Thai Lettuce Wraps on Tuesday, Jan 23, 2018 at around 12:30 PM and Ate this food at 1 PM. Starting Throwing up at 2 AM and then Diarrhea started at 4 AM Thought I was going to die for about 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a little bit of each appetizers consisting of bread, buffalo blasts, and Nashville chicken. Then I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. I haven’t had this feeling since 5 years ago when I had food poisoning from a local restaurant on the east coast.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我订购了 CARNE ASADA STEAK MEDALLIONS 和糙米我吃了除了大米以外的所有东西，很高兴带给我香菜大米吃点东西我还点了一个芝士蛋糕带回家，我进去后就吃了。我怀孕 33 周了，从来没有这样感到恶心我们去过 3 点到 4:30 的地点，9 点左右是我恶心开始踢来的时候我完全把所有东西都扔掉了，起初我没想太多，然后 30 分钟后我整夜都在扔到曾经去过的地方我现在开始扔掉胆汁的所有食物有一次我先看见有些灰胆出来了我一直在喝很多东西但是那些东西不会留在里面我真的有弹丸呕吐物，因为我的身体疼痛我洗了几次热水澡我也发冷了第二天我进去了 7 点了整天睡在身体发冷时疼痛我还没吃任何东西也已经 3 个小时了，我要去洗手间呕吐。

January 9, 2018 at 11:30am, we both shared a fried Shrimp dinner and ordered an extra coleslaw. About 4 hours later stomach started hurting and by 5:00pm same day we both started with horrific vomiting. Went on for a few hours and left with sore muscles and very lethargic and sour stomach.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
