- comments: observed approximately 80 mouse droppings scattered throughout the facility in the following areas: in the rear storage area on white shelves behind rolling back stock, on the floor under the three-compartment sink, in the washroom along walls, on the sales floor near sunglasses and hats, on shelving near three compartment sink. Instructed to clean, sanitize, and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued

- comments: observed previous core violations from report #2563257 dated 9/6/22 not corrected: #36-found no working thermometer in right side 'quick eats' cooler. Repair/replace and maintain. #53-found no covered receptacle in right side employee restroom. Provide and maintain. #55-the following areas in need of detail cleaning: wall behind hand sink in prep area, floors throughout premises, especially under counters/equipment, counter of fountain drink machine, left shelf of beer cooler. #55-found items stored on the floor in the office, right side restroom, beer cooler, and storage area. Instructed to elevate at least 6' off floor and maintain. #55-found wall in right side restroom in poor repair. Instructed to repair to make it smooth and easy to clean and maintain.
