- comments: observed mice infestation throughout the facility. Over 300 mice droppings in the following areas: front window sill, dining room shelving, rear kitchen shelving throughout, under all-metal rack shelving, and behind all coolers and freezers. On steam table shelving, along all baseboards at the rear dish and mop sink area. Instructed to remove all dropping, sanitize all areas, and have a licensed pest control co. Service establishment for mice. Priority violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: noted lid of the box freezer broken/cracked and sealed/repaired with duct tape. Must replace.

- comments: must not use tinfoil as liner for shelving on the cooks line. ----must not use cardboard boxes as containers for foods/spices on the cooks line. ----all shelving throughout, including metal rack storage shelving with dirt and grease. Must clean all.

Wall vent cover at hvac closet with excessive grease. Floors under all shelving, three-compartment sink, mop sink, rear dish area storage with food debris and grease. Must clean all.

- comments: damaged baseboard coving throughout the dish area, coving not attached to the wall and a large open gap noted at wall. Must seal.

- comments: outdoor bbq grill must be removed from the premises. ----all clutter, old furniture, rugs etc on the rear patio must be removed from the premises to prevent rodent harboring.
