- comments: observed no city of chicago certified food manager on the premises while tcs foods (egg sandwiches) were being prepared and served. Instructed management that a city of chicago certified food manager must be present at all times while tcs foods are being prepared or served. Priority foundation 7-38-012. Citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed a 1/2 inch gap at the top of the back door. Instructed management to rodent proof door and maintain.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: found ice scoop being stored with handle in ice inside of the ice machine. Must store ice scoop in a clean location protected from contamination or inside machine with scoop handle out of ice.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: found no covered waste receptacle (waste can with lid) inside the womens restroom. Must provide.
