- comments: observed multi-use utensils being sanitized at 0. 0 ppm's by 2- male employees at 3- compartment sink. Observed the first male employee washing a blender and lid with a soapy towel and rinsed utensils under running water and then placed on prep table to use and the other one washed a bowl the same way and used it to put sauce inside without properly setting up sink to sanitize multi-use utensils.
