- comments: noted virtual menu only that does not provide a consumer advisory that discloses and reminds consumers of the hazard of consuming raw or undercooked animal origin origin foods such as burgers cooked to order and undercooked fried eggs. Must provide. Priority foundation violation.

- comments: all bulk food containers, including bulk spice, must be labeled with the product common name.

- comments: cooks line food handler noted not wearing a hat/hair restraint at the initial inspection.

- comments: wiping cloths must be held in the sanitizing solution provided between use. Not on the prep/cutting surfaces.
