- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found 40 or more mouse droppings on the shelves in the rear storage area and on the floor near the potato chips; instructed to clean all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) issued.

- comments: observed two rear doors and front entrance door not completely rodent proofed; instructed to rodent proof doors to avoid rodent entry. Owner began working on doors during inspection.

- comments: observed dirt on the fan covers in the walk-in cooler; instructed to clean fan covers. Observed dust on some ceiling vents in store; instructed to clean ceiling vents where needed.

- comments: observed a crack in the toilet bowl cover in the employee washroom; instructed to replace cover.
