- comments: inspector comments: must eliminate crates used for storage throughout and provide adequate shelving units. Must remove rust from some display shelves on sales floor and behind service counter.

- comments: inspector comments: must clean dust & dirt build up from overhead cigarette caddy,display shelves throughout,walk in cooler -fanguard covers, drink sleeves & shelving units,compressor units.

- comments: inspector comments: must eliminate cardboard boxes used for garbage and provide adequate garbage cans.

- comments: inspector comments: must repair or replace damaged floor tiles throughout rear liquor areas and service counter,holes & loose in lower wall bases throughout rear storage areas. Must remove carpets from floor to be smooth and easily cleanable at service counter.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation from report #2567846 12/1/2022 not corrected- #38- still observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings in various areas such as on wood piece at box liquor,on floor under mopsink,on wood piece near safe,on floor next to liquor pallets near electrical box,under plastic shelving units and most liquor shelves in rear bottled liquor storage area,on floor in corner along west wall,on sales floor on both sides of gambling machines and window sills in same area,scattered under all liquor shelves ,crates and window sills behind service counter. Under & on pallets throughout must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 12/8/2022. (priority 7-42-090)(citation issued)
