On June 7, 2023, I ate half of a chicken taco salad at 6:30pm for dinner. It had chicken lettuce tomatoes cheese guac tortilla black beans rice and cilantro on it. I HADNT HAD ANYTHING else to eat that day but homemade guac for breakfast and 2 nectarines. AT around 9p, I started having chills.by 4a I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea back to back to back to back, followed by more intense stomach cramping and nauseaand diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills
