I ate at Chipotle around 11:00 am on Feb. 17. I had the chicken bowl with white rice, black and pinto beans, fresh tomato salsa, corn salsa, sour cream & cheese. I did not get lettuce because it had rotting pieces in it. On Feb. 19 I woke up at 3:00 am with abdominal pain and muscle aches. By 6:00 am I had severe abdominal pain, chills, muscle aches, muscle weakness & headache. By 10:30 I had diarrhea, excruciating muscle and head pain and was unable to stand. It's 6:30 pm and I am not any better so I am headed to the ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain, Weakness
