I got sick yesterday and what made me sick I ate a half chicken half steak bowl with sour cream, hot sauce and medium sauce on side, with brown rice and lettuce. For some odd reason the sauce in the cup was very watery. Unusually watery Idk if it was that or the meat but the food just tasted strange. I had gotten it around 2-4 range I believe and at it, all that day my stomach hurt and later that night it was very bad, it felt like I had gas in my stomach and couldn’t get out. In the middle of the night that night I had diharrea and all the next day and into the next night which is tonight that I am typing this March 16th 1:08 AM | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas
