November 27th 2023, ordered a taco with cheese and sour cream on it. I got the tortilla, white and brown rice, guac, black beans and green salsa on the side. My partner had something similar but without the beans, guac or sour cream so it must have been one of those. I almost went to the hospital I was vomiting so badly.. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
