- comments: observed 1/2 inch gap area rear exit door sweep and 1/2 inch gap between front entrance double door sweeps. Must rodent proof said doors.

- comments: observed garbage/litter on ground around outside dumpster. Instructed manager must clean and maintain outside dumpster area ground. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b).
