On Saturday Oct 16th, 2021 around 6 pm I ordered an ice water and carnitas bowl with white rice, black beans, carnitas, Pico, corn, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I became very ill less than 24 hours later after not consuming anything else except bottled water. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
