On June 07, 2016, I ate a chicken burrito bowl with black beans, cheese, sour cream and lettuce as well as a side of chips and hot sauce from Chipotle. Shortly after consumingthe food, I began to experience excruciating abdominal pain and nausea which required
me to seek extensive medical attention and treatment. The official diagnosis was that I
was infected with Bacterial Gastroenteritis. I was out of work for over 3 weeks and spent a full week in the hospital on an IV because of this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas
