On June 07, 2016, I ate a chicken burrito bowl with black beans, cheese, sour cream and lettuce as well as a side of chips and hot sauce from Chipotle. Shortly after consuming
the food, I began to experience excruciating abdominal pain and nausea which required
me to seek extensive medical attention and treatment. The official diagnosis was that I
