Had a chicken bowl with pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, corn, salsa, and grilled veg. First meal in 6 hours. About an hour after I had it, I started getting cramping followed by horrible diarrhea. It’s 8 hours later and the pain woke me up for another round of diarrhea and severe cramping. Absolutely miserable. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
