Ordered two salad bowls (Shredded lettuce on the bottom and the top, black beans, double chicken, and grilled veggies). My wife's had rice and corn mine did not. The next morning my wife woke up with the symptoms of food poisoning, extreme dizziness and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
