Ordered two salad bowls (Shredded lettuce on the bottom and the top, black beans, double chicken, and grilled veggies). My wife's had rice and corn mine did not. The next morning my wife woke up with the symptoms of food poisoning, extreme dizziness and nausea.

10/15/2021, not sure Can't say 100% sure if it was them, but started about an hour or two after I had their bowl. Had diarrhea for 5 days straight.

Chipotle carnitas salad Approx 3 hours after eating, wife was feeling ill and began vomiting. Has been vomiting all night sincee. She didn't eat anything between the Chipotle meal and getting sick.

Haven’t had a problem with this chipotle until the last time I went on 7/23/18. Had a carnitas bowl, black beans, brown rice. Most of the sauces except for guacamole. Sharp stomach pains for the past two days even after tums and pepto. Really think I’m done…

I had a burrito bowl with chicken corn and brown rice. I ate it and within 20 minutes I was doubled over and feeling nauseous. Had fever and chills most of the night.
