Ordered 3 tacos. One steak and 2 chicken with peppers and onions, cheese, hot sauce, and sour cream. Within 3 hours started getting painful cramps and within 5 hours severe vomiting and diarrhea. Sweats and cold chills started at about hour 6. Diarrhea continued for another 12 hours. Queziness still going at hour 24. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
