Steak Bowl Health Hazard - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Providence Rhode Island

I had a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn, cheese, and lettuce. I ate the bowl around 8:30pm and started feeling nauseous around 11:00pm. I then began vomiting and having severe diarrhea for the next 12 hours or so until around 12pm the following day. I was unable to get any sort of sleep because I would have to vomit or diarrhea anywhere from every 20-30 mins. Could not even drink water or eat bland foods without triggering vomit. The more time that surpassed I could go for like 1hr or 2 if lucky. Worst pain I have ever experienced- unfortunately will no longer be going to a chipotle ever again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
