I ate at chipotle around 4pm on Tuesday, March 6th. Diarrhea, severe stomach pain, dehydration, nausea and vomiting started on the 7th around 11am and I have been miserable ever since. Still have all of the symptoms above. I ate a chicken bowl with brown rice, both beans, corn, hot salsa, sour cream cheese & lettuce. The same thing I get every time. Never eating at chipotle again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
