Guessing it was here, Ate chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream lettuce and guacamole on Saturday evening September 28th. Just after midnight started feeling really bloated with nausea and abdominal cramps. Then had fever and chills then diarrhea. Worst cramps I have ever had.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Bloating, Chills
