Steak Bowl Illness Strikes - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Tulsa Oklahoma

On Tuesday November 26, 2019 I went there around 4:15 pm. I got a bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, mild salsa, guacamole, cheese, and lettuce. Also, I got a lime to squeeze onto the guacamole. The order was to go.
Around 6:15pm / 6:30pm I started to experience stomachache / stomach pain. At 7:45 I became violently ill with extreme vomiting and diarrhea. I continued to get sick ,with the same symptoms, the rest of the night: 10:30pm, 12:15am, 2:00am, 6:10am, and 7:30am. I did not have a fever. However, this morning I am experiencing body aches. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Body Ache
