Bowl Meal Leads to Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Casa Grande Arizona

3/14/22 - at here for the first time. Within a few hours I had tender stomach and then diarrhea. I’m 12 hours out and now I have a nauseated /painful feeling in my stomach, I’ve had some heat spells/sweats and basically peeing out my butthole. Horrible. I had a bowl with brown rice, steak, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and chips and queso.
The bowl also had pico de gallo in it.
Symptoms developed further, I threw up several times while having simultaneously diarrhea. I am still having completely liquid diarrhea 36 hours later. Stomach pain and vomiting have now subsided. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Vomiting
