I had ordered the steak rice bowl. I got white rice black beans spicy sauce cheese guac lettuce and tomatoes and sour cream. It was morning time around 11/12pm. I sat down and ate my food. I didn’t even eat the whole thing cuz I was getting full. I just threw the rest away. I had nothing else before I had Chipotle. Within that hour I was getting a slight headache. I was home by the next hour and my headache was much worse and I had stomach pains and I knew I had food poisoning from Chipotle! 20 min after I got home I pulled the wastebasket close to me in the bathroom and soon after I was throwing up about 5x. All that food came up! Felt terrible after and stomach still felt like I was going to throw up again. Laid down rest of the the day and finally woke up at 2 am. Feeling way better!!!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
