White rice, black beans, fajitas, queso, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream, chicken, guacamole, chips. I felt dizzy and nauseated about an hour after eating Chipotle yesterday, thinking it was something else causing me pain. Today I woke up fine, but I ate the leftovers from yesterday for lunch, and I feel worse than I did yesterday, about an hour after eating the food. I believe it was chipotle. I will go to a doctor if I start vomiting or having worse diarrhea. I’ve been in bed most of today with nausea and stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness, Diarrhea
