I ate a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese and a side of guacamole/chips. Threw up with diarrhea beginning 4 hours after I ate my meal. Had symptoms from 6pm-3am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
