Ordered a bowl with brown rice, onion/pepper, black beans, shredded beef, pico, mild salsa, cheeses and three burrito wraps on side. This was on Friday evening. Next two days both me and my wife who shared bowl were feeling nausea, stomach pain, and wife had severe diarrhea. This was all we ate that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
