Additional information: Approximately 30 minutes after eating a Panera salad I developed severe stomach pain and diarrhea lasting for several hours

Had a disappointing order earlier today (sticker from avocado in my salad) and barely any salad as well as oddly crunchy chicken as if there was an old crouton or piece of chicken bone.
