Ate at 4pm. Got a burrito bowl with plain white rice, carnitas, cheese, corn salsa, mild salsa, guacamole, and lettuce. Sick as soon as finished eating. Vomited once. Diarrhea 10x and counting. Nauseous entire time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
