I had a burrito bowl on Monday 11/25/19 around 12:30pm. The burrito consisted of white rice, black beans, barbacoa, mild salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. I started feeling nauseous with chills, diarrhea, and vomiting a few hours later. I only had oatmeal and a coffee for breakfast so I am certain it was from the burrito and no other meals that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
