I ate at Chipotle in Mishawaka, IN on 8/5/17. I had the Chicken Bowl with Brown Rice, Guacamole, lettuce, mild salsa & Sour Cream. The next morning I woke up with severe diarrhea and was in and out of the bathroom all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
