Night of September 4th around 8pm, I ate a chipotle bowl with chicken, black beans, brown rice, medium and mild salsa, corn, cheese and lettuce. The next morning my stomach felt uneasy and I was passing a lot of gas. I got into work and I had waves of excruciating stomach pains all day. Some of these pains were so bad they made me nauseous. After 4 or 5 of these waves of pain I had to run to the bathroom every 10 minutes to go to the bathroom and everytime was the worst diarrhea I've ever had. Ive been going through this for about 4 hours now and it has not let up. The funny thing is that my girlfriend ate chipotle from the same location from me, however she did not have chicken and she is fine. Screw chipotle | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain
