Lunch on 2/8/2022 I had a bol with white rice, black beans, steak, tomato salsa, red salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. I had severe nausea for hours, followed by Diarhea and projectile vomiting all night. Finally stopped getting sick at 5am on 2/9/2022. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
