I had a chipotle steak bowl sour cream, cheese, corn, black beans, brown rice. Ate it on Thursday Feb 8th and became extremely ill Friday Feb 9th around 6am with diaharrea. Went to work and left early due to throwing up 4 times. Threw up over 8 times total (vomiting continued on the way home and at home). Woozy and dizzy still on Saturday | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
