9/3/20- I ordered a steak burrito w/ black beans, corn, rice, mild salsa, lettuce, pico de gayo, and guacamole for lunch. It was not only poorly put together so much as it ripped open and was ✌"double wrapped if i didn't mind"✌ which at the time there was a pretty distant line of customers I didn't want to hold up. I chose to pay for mine as well as my wifes food who opted for a rice bowl of some sort. After eating only about a 1/3 of the burrito due to its monstrosity size I sat aside for what I thought I'd finish later only to be greeted with constant vomiting, nausea, and headaches!! Never again 😤😤👎👎 I've not been able to hold down anything leading into the following day. One more day to try to shake it from home as directed then I will admit myself to urgent care. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I stopped by yesterday to get lunch. I noticed all the trays look empty or not to fresh. But the guacamole had a hard dark shell across the top which made me already assume it wasn’t fresh.
