Greasy Chips, Severe Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Imperial Beach California

2/1/2018 visit, around 1:30 pm. Ate burrito bowl (steak), with white rice, pinto beans, corn, cheese, lettuce + 1 large bag chips + 1 corona. Chips were unusually greasy, and at one point a forkfull of food from bowl tasted off (but not offensive). Also saw odd orange spot of grease deipping on bowl edge, which did not look like steak drippings. Later, around 9:00pm, nausea started. Escalated. Chills and very lightheaded. Vomited ~7 times, and diarrhea ~4 times that night, at times reflexively/violently. Peaked around 1am. Next day, very upset stomach, but no vomiting. Headache/unpleasant sense of awareness. Day 3 allost back to normal (modestly upset stomach, but approaching normal). NOT flu, and nothing else out of ordinary dietary-wise. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Lightheaded
